1BR Standard Loft (L8)

This beautifully designed 1 bedroom loft type unit is located in the heart of Makati, just a block away from the Greenbelt Malls. It is across the park surrounded by restaurants & shopping malls. It is fully furnished & can fit a family of 5.

The Space

The location of the unit is wondeful. Imagine waking up in the morning and just taking the elevator down to an all day breakfast place called Milky Sunny. The building has a nice lounge area where you can meet friends and just hang out. The unit itself is brand new, full furnished, and is very spacious. Its a lot better than staying in tight hotels since it is a loft type. Its like staying in 2 studio units for the price of one. Because it has kitchen facilities, you can also easily cook your meals and dine with your friends and family. The unit has cable TV and high speed wifi internet which is great for business travelers

The bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed with comfortable linens & pillows. The unit is set up with towels & linens, shampoo and soap in the bathroom. It has 1 split type aircon upstairs. For groups, we can set up additional 2 foldable beds upstairs.

Downstairs, the living room has a sofa bed that can fit 2 people. The theme of the unit is modern vintage. It has a 32 inch flat screen television, HD cable digital box & highspeed wifi.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove oven, microwave oven, toaster, plates, utensils, glasses, mugs, etc.

There is a guest toilet in the first floor and a bathroom upstairs with heater.

It is 1 block away from Greenbelt 1.
It is 3-5 mins walk from malls like Glorietta, SM, Landmark, etc.
It is 10 mins away from Makati Medical Center
It is 15 mins away from NAIA terminal 3
It is 20 mins away from the NAIA terminal 1
It is close to Fort, Ortigas, & Manila. Makati is the central business district of Metro Manila.

Guest Access

The guests will have access to all the building amenities such as the swimming pool, playground, gym, function room and lounge area free of charge!

Interaction with Guests

I love touring and doing activities with guests. One time, a guest was into Acro-Yoga, so I took them to a class!

I’ve hosted more independent and free wheeling guests though, and that’s fine too.

We live nearby, so any concerns/ requests, etc can be quickly addressed. My assistant Mars or I will meet the guests at the Eton Lobby for the check in.
