1BR Standard Loft (L7)

The Space

Hotel experience for twice the size, but half the price! This is a loft with two toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs. When we accept groups, we set up a bed downstairs and upstairs. A loft unit gives a great sense of space so you get a one bedroom or even two bedroom feel for a studio price!

The upstairs bedroom has a split type aircon, comfortable queen size bed, 32 inch flat screen tv, high speed wifi and digital cable box. There is also a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs, you can entertain guests with as it is spacious. There is also a double sized sofa bed, good for 1-2 people. It has a big dining table, 2 sofas, split type aircon & a fully fitted kitchen with a 4 burner stove & oven.

Interaction with Guests

I love touring and doing activities with guests. One time, a guest was into Acro-Yoga, so I took them to a class!

I’ve hosted more independent and free wheeling guests though, and that’s fine too.

We live nearby, and have staff who live within the building so any concerns/ requests, etc can be quickly addressed. My assistant Mars will meet the guests at the lobby for the check in.

The Neighborhood

It is 1 block away from Greenbelt 1.
It is 3-5 mins walk from malls like Glorietta, SM, Landmark, etc.

Taxis can easily be booked from outside the building. Restaurants are walking distance. Its a walking-friendly community. We also recommend that you download the Uber and Grab Car app. Most uber and grab car drivers are familiar with the location, so you can easily get picked up from the lobby area of the building.

Group Bookings info: The rate shown is for 2-3 guests. Please request for a special offer when booking for a group of 4 or more in order to include the additional 250 Php.

As a safety precaution & energy saving measure, we only allow our guests to use the induction stove and induction pans. If you really need to use the stove, please align with us before booking so we can recommend our other units where we allow stove use.
